I currently have the luxury of working with Daniel Thollin on a project near and dear to my Saturday Morning Godzilla Theater loving dreams. Plan C a comic centered around Giant Robots and Monsters. Hopefully Daniel will drop in to talk a bit about his artistry and imagery on the series. (And drop in a little of the artwork).

Hey! Looks like you beat me to it and started writing here first.

I'm the lucky artist who gets to draw giant monsters and robots beating the crap out of each other and like Michael mentioned i'm here to post some more of the art and stuff.

That page that Michael published is a little special treat for you here on the chimaera board cause that page isn't in the first issue at all cause i redrew it completely.

Enough chit-chat now and on to some art!

First of is a couple of concept images, trying to get the feel of the big bad UMAP robots:





Next is the remade page 2 (which one do you guys like best?) completed with greyshading and all (we're gonna do this one in grey so we can get as much old monster movie feeling as possible).



And the last pic is one page of the comic, showing the horrible Ram-Rah going berserk at an airport!!

Ram-Rah is just misunderstood. The work is fantastic and brings a special feel to the whole book. Great work so far (the latest attack on the plane in flight is fantastic) it is taking on a life of it's own.
