This somehow blocks the referral to the thread I posted in, I always have to go back to the Forum Index, and my new post is treated as a new, unread post.

I mean, it's nothing huge, but it's still annoying.

It's funny you should mention that, my friend. After Mike B. finishes up a gig, we're gonna do another mini-series.

So this summer sucked. Hard. I barely touch the computer through the whole thing and when I do finally get to play around on it again, one of my favorite creators has left the boards and gone elsewhere.

Calamity! Did something happen? Was there a fallout!? Would I ever talk to the man again? Stressed out and hopeless I continued to post on the other forum, hoping one day to find out the whys and wherefores.

Then I glance at my message box, which I never pay attention to, and notice that someone named Heide sent me a message MONTHS AGO telling me exactly where to find the missing creator.



I finally did some digging and discovered that you found a new publisher and that the break was an amicable one and sunshine and ponies and candy cane shoelaces rained down from the sky! So here I am. Rock you like a hurricane!

If anyone needs me, I'll be scrolling around and playing catch-up. Don't mind me.

Nice to see that you're still alive and kickin' Dwight. M-Theory 1 rocked, by the way. Now that I know where to find the other two issues, I can finally finish that series. W00t!

It's so good to see you here, brother! How the heck are ya?

I'm doing well. My house is coming along and we should be able to move into it by the time spring comes.
I've discovered that this year's new anime season is awesome, so I've been watching a ton of those on my computer.
Both kids got excellent report cards and PT conferences.
And in another week or so, I'll be able to go back home for Thanksgiving and see my family and get out of this crazy town.

So, yeah. Good.

How've you been? I'm seeing some new books that will have to be ordered soon, so at least you're keeping busy.
How are your kids doing in school? Doing anything for Thanksgiving? Been to any new exciting/horrifying conventions? Discovered a new cryptid species that lives in the cupboard under the bathroom sink? Built anything incredible out of Legos? Tired of my questions yet?

Wow. Well, I'm super busy. In fact, I don't think I've EVER been this busy. Working on various projects and an exciting new work-for-hire gig I picked up. It's a big deal! I'll spill the beans as soon as I can.

I hated to do it, bro. But my time is so limited--and to have to go over there and redo everything time after time? It about drove me nuts.
